Take your game to the next level with our Boys Basketball Skills Training Program, designed for athletes ages 10 to 14 who are serious about improving their performance on the court. This 8-week program delivers high-intensity, skill-focused training every Tuesday from 5 to 6 p.m., led by experienced coaches in a competitive and supportive environment. Program Highlights: 🏀 Skill-Specific Drills – Ball handling, passing, layups, and shot technique development ⚡ Footwork & Speed – Quick-step drills to improve first-step explosiveness and balance 💨 Agility & Cardio Conditioning – High-tempo exercises to build endurance and on-court mobility 🎯 Shooting Mechanics – Learn proper form, shot selection, and consistency through focused reps 🧠 Gameplay & Decision-Making – Small-sided games and situational drills to build court IQ and confidence Whether your child is preparing for team tryouts or just wants to sharpen their skills, this program lays the foundation for strong habits, improved conditioning, and smarter play.
