1. Refunds

NO refunds after the first day - NO EXCEPTIONS

2. Cancellations

A written request to withdraw from a program must be received two weeks prior to the start date of the program. There is a minimum administration fee of $50 and up to 3% (whichever is higher) for all refunds.
