Prepayment Policy:

• To secure a time slot, house customers must prepay.

• This can be completed online via Catch Corner or by calling 647-718-4095 to book using a credit card over the phone or through email transfer to: coach@*houseoflegends.ca with credit or debit.

• Keep in mind that time slots are not reserved without prepayment.

Refund Policy:

• All sales are final, and refunds are not provided.

• To cancel a booking, a minimum of 72 hours' notice is required for credit only.

Long-Term Contracts:

• No refunds will be given for any payments already made.

• A credit will be issued for missed time slots with a minimum of 72 hours' notice.
